We are a new architectural design company based in Brighton & Eastbourne specialised in home renovations and new build homes in the UK. We provide: Architectural design, Planning applications submission and approval, Structural Drawings and calculations, Building Regulation drawings, Building Control approval.

Marshall Studio is run by Alexandre Piacsek, architect with unremitted expertise in residential design, loft conversions and extensions in England. Working alongside teams of engineers and planning consultants we are able to provide cost-efficient solutions for your home renovation. We look forward to hearing from you!
Custom made homes
We design custom made homes, traditional or contemporary style. If the site is located in the green belt, conservation area, or area of Outstanding national beauty we can assist you to obtain approval with the local council and building control. We also prepare the scope of works and deal with the tendering process for you.

Site Visit & Survey
Site visit and Survey of your house, including face to face meeting with the architect to discuss your project in detail
Design Stage
We prepare the Existing and Proposed plans and send to you the PDF files for your approval.
Planning Application
We'll submit the final plans of your application to the local council and manage it until approval.
Structural Drawings & Calculations
Our engineers will produce the structural drawings & calculations.
